Design

We employ Professional Engineers to undertake and supervise all designs. Hi-Tech Nail Plate is a Mitek truss plant and Mitek’s truss design software is used in the process. We offer a Professional Indemnity insurance policy to the value of R5m on all projects.

In-house Service

All services are rendered in-house and produced under one roof, resulting in efficient cost effective roofing solutions.

Manufacture

Hi-Tech Nail Plate manufactures all the necessary components used in truss production. Strict quality controls are enforced which insures exact conformance to design specifications

Engineers Certified

All roof structures erected by Hi-Tech Nail Plate are inspected by a competent person and thereafter engineers certificates are issued in compliance with the Engineering Act of South Africa

Erection

Hi-Tech directly manages the erection of all of our roof structures and only experienced carpenters are used to erect our roofs. Roof truss erection is recognized by Hi-Tech Nail Plate as being one of the key roles in producing a safe and efficient roof structure.

Compliance

All work is carried out in accordance with NBR, in line with the Engineering Act of South Africa
