David Anderson (Pr.Eng. BSc (Civ) Eng. B.Com) and PJ Harris head up the company. David Anderson is a qualified engineer that has specialized in timber construction, through working in the industry for almost 20 years. Together they offer expert skills in the fields of structural engineering and project management. Their combined skills enable the company to offer unrivalled service and expertise to the customer at highly competitive rates.

The company’s technical staff, boasts more than 50 years of combined direct experience in the roofing industry and solutions to problems are always efficiently found.

Hi-Tech Nail Plate’s senior estimating and technical staff compliment consists of Donovan Grobler, Linton Hutton and Paul Geldart. Both Donovan and Linton have been with Hi-Tech Nail Plate for almost 10 years and have developed a wealth of experience in timber roofing and they both have a solid appreciation for delivering cost efficient quality solutions for clients. Paul joined Hi-Tech Nail Plate in January 2014 and has quickly developed a solid knowledge of roofing and is adding value to the design team on a daily basis.

Our factories in Kempton Park are efficiently managed by Moses Munshelele. Moses has been with Hi-Tech Nail Plate for almost 15 years and has been nurtured and grown into a senior role with the company. Moses is assisted in the factory yard by David Els, who is in charge of deliveries and receiving stock.

Hi-Tech Nail Plate’s sites are managed by PJ Harris who has been in the roofing industry his entire life and is able to apply his wealth of experience in roofing carpentry on our sites to ensure a quality end product, and to offer superior service to our clients. PJ’s experience also assists in improving our quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards resulting in safer roof structures.

The accounting and office team is expertly headed up by Petro du Plessis who is ably assisted by Gillian van Wyk and Greta Qubeka.

Hi-Tech’s site roofing carpenters are experienced in the industry and have specialized in their field for over 35 years.
